Joy widens.
For me, joy has an expanding movement. It begins in a small place and gradually changes its surroundings. Here white, pink and yellow open successive circles, while relief gives them weight: warmth can have edges, roughness and places where light rests.
Around the centre I keep the fine rhythm of blue and green drawing. I value this coexistence of exuberance and attention. A luminous feeling can fill a space while allowing its details to matter. The inner sun finds its breadth through the way it touches the world around it.
Colour and material
The white centre and warm rings contrast with cool drawing at the edges. Concentric relief and the ornamental network offer two distinct ways of constructing the surface.
