The place I cannot reconstruct.
I carry places whose details have faded but whose atmosphere remains precise. Blue and ochre gathered above a dark edge give me that sense of recognition here. Forms approach houses or silhouettes and remain open enough for memory to work between them.
The white below keeps traces and erasures. I let its breadth stand for what I can no longer recover. A red mark brings intensity back like an unexpected returning detail. This inner landscape includes its absences; they hold the distance between what was and how it still touches me.
Colour and material
White creates a resting area beneath accumulations of blue and ochre. The alternation of open surfaces and dense strokes suggests a horizon without fixing a landscape.
